At Great World Connect, we value time, planning, and resource allocation. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services may be canceled.
1. Cancellation Before Project Start
- Clients may cancel a service before work has begun
- Eligible for a full refund (excluding any payment processing fees, if applicable)
2. Cancellation After Project Start
- Once the project has started, cancellations are not fully refundable
- Charges will apply based on the work completed up to the cancellation date
3. Milestone-Based Projects
- Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Upcoming (unstarted) milestones may be canceled without additional charges
4. No-Show / Non-Response
- If the client fails to respond or provide required inputs for 7–14 days, the project may be:
- Put on hold, or
- Marked as canceled without refund
5. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- The client violates terms or engages in misuse
- Required information is not provided
- There is non-payment
In such cases, refunds (if any) will be determined based on work completed.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
