Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Great World Connect, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital consulting and business solutions. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
1. Service-Based Nature
All services offered are intangible and customized. Once work has commenced, refunds are limited due to the time, resources, and expertise invested.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before project initiation for a full refund.
- Once the project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If partial work has been completed, only the unused portion of the service fee may be considered for refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Inability to deliver the agreed service due to company limitations
- Cancellation before any work has begun
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided:
- After significant progress or completion of the service
- For change of mind after project initiation
- For delays caused by the client (lack of communication, missing requirements, etc.)
5. Project Milestones
For projects divided into milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
- Future milestones can be canceled with prior notice
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
